Seven-year-old Sarya is the galaxy's worst nightmare: a Human. Fortunately, she's the last of her kind. Based on the critically-acclaimed novel The Last Human, The Last Human in a Crowded Galaxy is a whimsical and endearing space opera graphic novel about identity, free will, and found family.Sarya the Daughter doesn't know she's a Human, and that's better for everyone. Just ask her adoptive mother, the terrifying spider-like alien known as Shenya the Widow. Or don't, because Shenya the Widow would do anything to keep her adopted daughter's identity a secret. That's why they've come to Watertower, the notoriously low-security border station at the edge of the galaxy-spanning Galactic Network.  But Humans are curious beings, and Sarya is no exception. When she sets out on a quest to find out what she is, she triggers a station-wide security crisis. Now hunted by a powerful Network Auditor and the equally formidable Shenya the Widow, it's only a matter of time until a crisis becomes a disaster.
