A novel for Welsh Learners at Higher Level in the Amdani series by the popular author, Rhian Cadwaladr. Hanna earns her keep as a maid for a quarry official, but she's no walkover! This lively historical novel opens in 1910 and is set against the backdrop of a slate mining community.

Sandra is introduced in the popular novel 'Adar o'r Unlliw.' as Shoned's aunt. This novel traces the story of Sandra and her marriage troubles. There are colourful characters and the tone of the book is very similar to 'Adar o'r Unlliw' - discussing the profound and the funny honestly and with humour. Warning: in addition to tears of laughter, there are also tears of loss.
