While Guridi's illustrations tell us what is reality (down to sunscreen bottle!), the text takes us into the creative mind of the boy (it’s magic cream, applied by a witch), turning a day at the shore into a grand adventure."--Art of the Picture BookWhen a creative young boy goes to the beach, he sees it as a blank canvas for imagination and adventure. What starts as a sand castle becomes much, much more…
