This book of case studies is the companion to the author's text, "Principles of Public and Private Infrastructure Delivery". Together, the books are intended to provide a look at how project evaluation, procurement, and packaging are revolutionizing the role of civil engineers in managing collections of infrastructure assets. The case studies provide real-world implementations of the problems presented in the text. Each case study provides a hands-on learning experience, including discussion questions following the narrative. These questions could be used in an instructional setting along with the accompanying CD, or for self-study. This book contains over 45 tables, 20 figures and 100 exhibits. The companion CD-ROM uses Excel (TM) and Adobe (TM) Acrobat (TM) files as an instructional aid. It contains all of the exhibits referenced in the book.
