Yu is also a member of Science and Technical Committee of Wuxi Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. Dr. Ting Zhang is General Director of Wuxi Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. Dr. Jianming Qian is Director of Jiangsu Inspection & Quarantine Mechanical and Electrical Products Testing Centre.
