    Beskrivning

The new edition of a well-established text, A Practical Guide to Trade Mark Law provides a comprehensive, digestible, and approachable explanation of trade mark law.Fully updated with the most recent and relevant case law, this book provides a comprehensive yet practical explanation of the law on the acquisition, registration, and protection of trade mark rights. It addresses registered trade marks as well as unregistered rights in the form of the action for passing off, and aims to show how those registered and unregistered rights co-exist. It also offers guidance on how to enforce those rights, including the choice of tribunal and the remedies and outcomes available both in the civil and criminal courts. Now in its sixth edition, A Practical Guide to Trade Mark Law is an indispensable resource for trade mark attorneys, students and IP solicitors.
