The real measure of a textbook is whether it is used. In this case, my review was delayed because this book was borrowed so frequently by colleagues that I was constantly chasing after it. It will be a key reference text for students, researchers, biomedical scientists, and clinicians particularly clinical geneticists, pediatricians, and obstetricians.
