Boken beskriver framgångssagan Brewdog. Som, om man läser boken 'bokstavstroget' beror på en obändig järnvilja för och passion för hantverksöl, förmågan att kunna ta beslut samt agerande utanför ramarna. Så uppfattat så blir deras managementråd extrema - men jag tror att de egentligen inte är så svåra eller konstiga. Det kluriga är snarare att förbli obändig och att inte rosta i sin vilja.
