GOLDEN, Colonel U.S. Army, served as a senior staff economist on the President's Council of Economic Advisers and presently is Professor and Head of the Department of Social Sciences at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. His previous works include Economics of National Security (co-authored, 1983), NATO Burden Sharing (1983), and The Dynamics of Change in NATO (1984).
