PETTERCHAK is director of the Illinois State Historical Library, a division of the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency. She is currently writing a history of Rand McNally and Company.SANDRA M. STARK has been newspaper librarian and head of Reference and Technical Services at the Illinois State Historical Library and is currently senior librarian.
