    Recensioner i media

*4 stars* "...provides a lively series of case studies and supporting information relative to 30 of the most toxic gases in the industrial environment…. [covered by] roughly 40 contributors [for] an in-depth look at these gases and their toxicities…. One of its greatest features is its capacity to guide diversely constituted teams investigating and mitigating either a natural disaster or an industrial related catastrophe.... The careful, meticulous process of proceeding from compounds' discovery to cutting-edge biology and medicine will enable its readers to fill in everything in between…. Not to be overlooked are its case studies -- riveting accounts of injury and even deaths attributable to gas exposures. This book has a lot of value…. There is no reference I would rate ahead of this book in the context of its purpose.” --©Doody’s Review Service, 2023, John T. Pierce, MBBS(MD) PhD (Navy Environmental Health Center)
