      Pratima Solanki is Assistant Professor at Special Centre for Nanoscience at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. She received her Master and Ph.D. degree from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Haryana. She worked at Biomedical Instrumentation Section, National Physical Laboratory, Council of Scientific Industrial Research, New Delhi. She has published around 175 research papers in National and International Journals, 15 International book chapters and has filed 15 Indian patents. She is actively engaged in the research and development of biosensors utilizing nanostructured materials for healthcare and environmental monitoring. She has received Visitor Award 2019 from President of India. Dr. Anil Kumar is a Staff Scientist at the National Institute of Immunology, New Delhi. Dr. Kumar received his master’s in biotechnology from Indian Institute of Roorkee, Roorkee and completed his Ph.D. from Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology (CSIR), New Delhi, India. His research interest focuses on understanding the interactions within gut bacteria and between the gut flora, as well as how the result of the investigation may be helpful to devise strategies to promote human health and prevent diseases. As an inventor, he credits more than 50 granted patents for developing product & processes useful in different industries. He’s also published 50 research publications in national and international journals. He had participated in the development of biosensor which has been transferred to industry. In 2012, one of his patents has been selected for CSIR Technology Award 2012 and other US patent won Merck Millipore India Innovation Award 2012. Dr. Singh received his B. Sc. from Allahabad University India and his M.Sc and Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Lucknow University, India. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology, Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, India. His work and research interests include biochemistry, biosensors, nanobiotechnology, electrochemistry, material sciences, and biosensors applications in biomedical, environmental, agricultural and forensics sciences.Jay Singh, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry, Institute of Science, Banaras Hindu University, India. His research focuses on the chemical and biological synthesis of nanomaterials and the development of nanobiocomposites, conducting polymers, and self-assembled monolayers for sensor and biosensor applications. He develops enzyme-, antibody-, and DNA-based platforms for detecting clinically relevant bioanalytes, pathogens, pesticides, toxins, and gases. His current work includes sustainable metal oxide-based biosensors for clinical diagnostics, food packaging, drug delivery, and tissue engineering, as well as investigations of interfacial charge-transfer and sensing mechanisms in metal nanoparticles. He has conducted research projects supported by multiple funding agencies and has undertaken postdoctoral research at institutions in India and South Korea. Kshitij RB Singh obtained his MSc in Biotechnology from Indira Gandhi National Tribal University, India. Currently, he is a doctoral student in the laboratory of Professor Shyam S. Pandey at the Department of Life Science and Systems Engineering, Kyushu Institute of Technology, Japan. His research interests encompass a range of fields, including biotechnology, biochemistry, nanotechnology, nanobiotechnology, biosensors, and materials sciences.
