TODD PATRICK ARMSTRONG is Associate Professor of Russian at Grinnel College in Iowa. He directed an exchange programme at Palacky University in Olomouc, Czech Republic in 1999 and has contributed to a companion guide to the English translation of Henryk Sienkiewicz's With Fire and Sword.
