Nursing Research

Historically, nursing research has struggled to establish its theoretical roots and legitimate place within the wider arena of the health sciences. However, today, nursing and nurses recognize the diversity and richness which reflects nursing practice and research. By providing readers with and understanding of the current issues in nursing research, this book aims to raise awareness of the opportunities and constraints of different approaches and of the current milieu of nursing within the NHS.
