Mario Telo is Professor of Political Science at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium. He is also President of the Institute of European Studies (IEE, ULB), Jean Monnet Chair, and PhD School Director. He has served as advisor to the European Parliament, European Commission and European Council Presidency.
