Stefan Wolff is Professor of International Security at the University of Birmingham, UK, and a Member of the Governing Council of the European Centre for Minority Issues.Richard G. The European Union as a Global Conflict Manager offers a coherent and detailed assessment of the EU's record in managing various conflicts around the world.
