Lyubov Grigorova Mincheva is associate professor of political science at the University of Sofia, Bulgaria, and has a PhD in Political Science from the University of Maryland.Ted Robert Gurr is Distinguished University Professor, Emeritus, at the University of Maryland, and author/editor of over 20 books.
