Richard A. Falk is Visiting Distinguished Professor of Global Studies at University of California, Santa Barbara and Emeritus Professor of International Law and Practice at Princeton University. R.B.J. Walker is Professor of International Relations at Keele University, and editor of the journal Alternatives. Lester Edwin J.
