Theory and History in International Relations

Donald J. Puchala is the Charles L. Jacobson Professor of Public Affairs and Director of the Walker Institute for International Studies at the University of South Carolina. He has taught at Yale University, SUNY-Buffalo and at Columbia University. He also serves on the editorial boards of World Politics, Journal ofInternational Affairs, International Organization and Global Governance.
