    Beskrivning

The Potential of Extracellular Vesicles from Plant and Animal Sources for Improving Human Beauty and Health is a comprehensive resource that consolidates the latest research on the mechanisms of extracellular vesicles (EVs) and their applications in the cosmetic industry. The book explores a range of topics, including the latest techniques in isolation and characterization of EVs, safety considerations, methods, and challenges associated with large-scale production, and recent advancements in biomedical applications. The therapeutic potential of EVs for age-related neurological conditions and autoimmune skin diseases is investigated, as well as the application of EVs for skincare, hair loss and anti-aging products.

The book considers EVs from a variety of sources, including humans, plants, animals and bacteria, highlighting their major differences. It also includes a discussion of market trends and the global impact for EV products in cosmetic and anti-aging industries. With growing interest in the role of extracellular vesicles in enhancing health and beauty, this book provides invaluable insights to researchers working in this field, equipping them with the knowledge to leverage EVs for innovative cosmetic applications and natural solutions.

    • Discusses the latest advances in extracellular vesicle research for anti-aging, skincare, and hair regeneration innovations
    • Investigates cutting-edge techniques for the isolation, purification, and characterization of extracellular vesicles
    • Examines innovative methods for mass-producing extracellular vesicles, along with the challenges associated with their large-scale production for industrial and commercial applications
    • Compares extracellular vesicles from different sources, including humans, animals, plants, and bacteria, analyzing the advantages of each
    • Includes insights into regulatory and ethical considerations for manufacturing, and for using extracellular vesicles in cosmetics
