Dr. Devesh U. Kapoor is Professor of Pharmaceutics at Dr. Dayaram Patel Pharmacy College, Bardoli, Gujarat, affiliated with Gujarat Technological University. Shah is the Founder, President, and CEO of Upsilon Innovations, based in San Diego, California, and a researcher at the University of California, San Diego. With over 14 years of experience in academia and industry, he has been a key member of multiple pharmaceutical startups and has worked on over 80 product development projects. Dr. Shah specializes in innovative drug delivery technologies, focusing on cancer, autoimmune diseases, rare diseases, and regenerative medicine.
