Dr. Kuldeep Bauddh is currently an Assistant Professor of Environmental Science at the Centre for Environmental Sciences, Central University of Jharkhand, Ranchi, India. Dr. Bauddh is currently engaged in teaching in key areas of environmental sciences like Environmental Pollution and Management, Environmental Chemistry, Environmental Toxicology, Soil Science, and Hazardous Waste Management. He is also an Associate Editor of the journal “Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability” as well as the co-editor of the magazine “Kahaar”. His main research areas are phytoremediation, ecological restoration and slow release fertilizers. Swati Sachdev is an Assistant Professor of Environmental Science in the Department of Liberal Education at Era University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. She received her Ph.D. in Environmental Science from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow, India, in 2019. Her research focuses on biological approaches for managing plant pathogens to reduce disease severity and improve plant productivity. Her expertise and research interests include sustainable agriculture, plant–microbe interactions, plant stress management, and bioremediation. She has more than seven years of research experience and five years of teaching experience. She has published seventeen research articles in national and international journals, one authored book with Springer Nature, one edited book with CRC Press, and seventeen book chapters. She was awarded a University Grants Commission Junior Research Fellowship (UGC-JRF) in 2013.John Korstad is Professor Emeritus of Biology and former Director of the Honors Program at Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA. He holds a BA in Geology and a BS in Biology from California Lutheran University, an MS in Environmental Science from California State University, Hayward, and an MS and Ph.D. in Zoology from the University of Michigan. His research expertise is in limnology, with a focus on nutrient–phytoplankton–zooplankton interactions, lake management, algal biofuels, and phytoremediation. He also has extensive experience in aquaculture, including research conducted at the Foundation for Scientific and Industrial Research (SINTEF) in Trondheim, Norway. He has served as an Academic Editor for the journal Biology published by MDPI and continues to engage in academic mentoring and support former students in their entrepreneurial endeavors.
