    Assistant Professor, Department of Microbiology and Assistant Dean (Academic Affairs), Royal School of Biosciences, The Assam Royal Global University, Guwahati, India Dr. Birson Ingti is an Assistant Professor & Coordinator (Department of Microbiology) and Assistant Dean (Admissions), The Assam Royal Global University. Dr. Ingti has more than 11 years of Research and 5 years of teaching experience, his expertise lies in antimicrobial resistance, plasmid-mediated β-lactamase genes, and microbial genomics. He has published over 20 research articles in peer-reviewed journals and authored book chapters with Springer and Taylor & Francis. He is a recipient of the European Society of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ESCMID) Grant and holds ICAR-NET qualification. Dr. Ingti is an active member of ESCMID, BSAC (UK), and ProMED EPICORE. His ongoing research focuses on β-lactamase inhibition using medicinal plant extracts. He has delivered lectures in national and international academic forums. Dr. Amitabha Bhattacharjee is an Associate Professor in the Department of Microbiology at Assam University, Silchar. With over 15 years of academic and more than 20 years of research experience, he specializes in antimicrobial resistance, clinical microbiology, and molecular diagnostics. Dr. Bhattacharjee holds a Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University and has completed prestigious postdoctoral fellowships in the UK and France under DBT and ICMR programs. He has published over 125 research articles and multiple book chapters, and holds 3 Indian patents on antibiotic resistance detection. He has successfully led 14 national and international research projects funded by DBT, CSIR, DST, and others. His notable accolades include the ICMR International Fellowship, DBT-CREST Award, and Asia Pacific Young Investigator Award. A reviewer for leading journals, he has presented his work globally. Dr. Bhattacharjee's research continues to focus on developing diagnostic markers for AMR and exploring genomic mechanisms of resistance in bacterial pathogens. Dr. Payel Paul is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Botany, North Bengal St. Xavier’s College. Dr. Paul carries 5 years of teaching experience at UG level and 10 years of research experience. Previously Dr. Paul was with the Taxonomy of Angiosperms and Biosystematics Laboratory, Department of Botany, University of North Bengal as a Senior Research Scholar. She works in the field of plant systematics, palynology and molecular systematics. She has published 18 research articles and 4 academic books to date. She holds University of North Bengal first class second position in Masters of Science in Botany for the year 2014 (Silver Medalist). She was a recipient of Post-Graduate Indira Gandhi Scholarship for the period of 2012-2014 and UGC-BSR Fellowship as JRF and SRF for the period of 2015-2020. She's also experienced in conducting Botany practical and examinations of IGNOU.
