Dr. Sardar M N Islam is Director, Sustainable Growth Program, Centre for Strategic Economic Studies, Victoria University, Australia. He is also associated with the Financial Modelling Program and the Law and Economics Program there. He has published 11 books and research monographs and more than 150 technical papers in Finance, Economics, Corporate Governance, and E-Commerce. Dr K B Oh is Senior Lecturer in the Graduate School of Management, La Trobe University, Australia. He has published extensively in the areas of Finance and E-Commerce.
