Lukasz Niesiolowski-Spanò is Associate Professor in the Institute of History at the University of Warsaw, Poland.Emanuel Pfoh is Assistant Professor at the National University of La Plata, Argentina.

An excellent example of the extent to which Thompson’s work has had an impact on a wide range of studies and continues to be applied by many scholars. It can be recommended as a guide and an exemplar of methodological techniques and should be part of the conversation for some time as the issues of critical examination of texts continues to be a part of the academy’s work.
