Dr. Sarah Prescott is a Lecturer in English Literature at Aberystwyth University. She has received an AHRB Research Leave Scheme for this proposal which was rated A+ by the review panel. She is the author of Women, Authorship and Literary Culture, 1690 - 1740 (Palgrave Macmillan, 2003) and has contributed to numerous edited collections and journals.
