The founder of ultra-high-end audio equipment company Audioarts in New York City, Gideon Schwartz has been credited with conceiving and creating synergistic music systems for some of the most exacting creative individuals in the world.    Är Du HiFi-nörd? Om svaret är ja, kommer Gideon Schwarts "HiFi" ge dig timmar av trevlig läsning och bildskådning. Boken är i huvudsak indelad i kapitel från respektive decennium, från femtiotalet fram till tjugohundratalet. En påkostad utgåva med rejäl inbindning och bilder av hög kvalitet. Schwarts har haft den goda smaken att få god balans mellan bild och text med betoning på bilderna. Ett plus är originalbilderna från den tid då det begav sig. Bra att få lite mer historik bakom de olika HiFi märken som passerat i revy under decennierna. För oss som inte har råd med High-End prylarna är denna bok ett bra substitut.
