After being inspired by making her own wedding cake in 2005, Zoe Clark turned passion into profession. She worked with some of the UK's leading cake designers, including Peggy Porschen, and went on to launch Zoe Clark Cakes at the National Wedding Show, where her stand was labelled the 'Piece de Resistance' by You and Your Wedding magazine. Zoe lives in London.
