The book is clinically detailed, with a step-by-step explanation of each phase in the assessment and treatment of OCD. The guide includes one extended case study, with detailed session transcripts, that runs throughout the book and illustrates how to implement each treatment strategy. The book is very readable, both for clinicians who are already experienced with OCD and for those who are just beginning. I highly recommend it.
