   EQ för alla

   Den här boken behandlar vår förmåga/oförmåga att hantera känslor på ett rationellt sätt. Det beskrivs i boken som en "ny" del av vår intelligens, den emotionella intelligensen eller "EQ". Allt detta grupperas grovt in under fyra delområden som boken senare går igenom. Varje grupp bryts sedan var för sig ner i detaljer som avhandlas separat. Alla de ämnen/beteenden som hanteras känns personligen igen och känns logiska och riktiga. Författarna skriver tydligt och det blir lätt att läsa och följa med i de avsnitt som behandlas. För min del blir det dock lite svårt att avgöra hur hjälpfull/bra boken faktiskt är. Boken utgår nämligen från att man skall "arbeta med boken", lite som en kursbok. Alltså testa och öva och repetera avsnitten tills man når någon form av insikt och förbättring av sina förmågor. Detta förutsätts pågå under lång tid, månader och år för att ständigt repeteras. Så det blir lite som om man måste sätta betyg på sig själv istället för på bokens innehåll.
