Known for years as a haven for writers and intellectuals, Colorado boasts a great mixture of talent and perspective. The anthologized authors range from Chris Ransick, winner of the 2005 Colorado Authors League Award for Fiction and 2003 Colorado Book Award for Poetry, to Alison Flowers, a recent graduate of Regis University's undergraduate degree program.

Matt Hudson works for a nonprofit publisher in Boulder, Colorado, where he continues to think of himself as an editor even though his skills have largely vanished thanks to an emphasis on online projects. His writing has appeared in a number of publications, including The Arizona Republic, The Denver Post, and The Writer. He continues to write and edit and dreams about one day completing another project.
