Decisions of international courts and arbitrators, as well as judgments of national courts, are fundamental elements of modern public international law. The International Law Reports is the only publication in the world wholly devoted to the regular and systematic reporting in English of such decisions. It is therefore an absolutely essential work of reference. Volume 199 contains the 2018 International Criminal Court Appeals Chamber judgment in Prosecutor v. Bemba together with 2018 final decision on reparations proceedings and 2020 decision on Mr Bemba's claim for compensation and damages, the 2015 judgment of Federal Court of Canada in United States of America v.
