Shahla F. Ali is a professor of law at the University of Hong Kong where her teaching and research focus on arbitration, governance and law and sustainable development in a comparative context. She serves as a bilingual arbitrator and advises on mediation systems design and training with USAID, IFC/World Bank, ADB, AIIB and the United Nations.
