Dr Hamed Taherdoost is Professor at University Canada West, Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and Working Group Member of the International Federation for Information Processing, Technical Committee 11. With over 20 years of academic and industry experience, he has held multiple C-level leadership positions in technology and innovation organizations across North America, Europe, and Asia, leading secure digital transformation and enterprise cybersecurity strategies on a global scale.He has authored hundreds of scholarly works and has edited several international volumes in cybersecurity, digital innovation, and emerging technologies. His authored books on 'Digital Transformation' and 'E-Business' are used as teaching materials across universities globally. His contributions are widely recognized for advancing cybersecurity governance, secure systems adoption, and resilience in modern digital infrastructures.Dr Taherdoost also holds adjunct professorship and research fellow appointments at universities in the United States, Canada, the UK, Australia, Germany, and Taipei, where he continues to support global capacity building in cybersecurity leadership and responsible technology management.
