Recensioner i media

‘What makes this book different is that it recognizes AI governance as a leadership challenge, not simply a technical or legal one. The frameworks are practical, nuanced and grounded in how organizations actually make decisions under pressure.’Tim Levy, CEO, Aura Alpha, Director, Aura Limited‘This book captures one of the most exciting shifts of our time: AI empowering humans to focus less on repetitive tasks and more on creativity, judgement, and innovation. A highly relevant and forward-looking perspective on how responsible AI can elevate organizations and people to a future level.’Malte Dieckelmann, Senior Vice President Sales EMEA & APAC, Hyland‘Dr Zivit Inbar cuts through the noise on AI governance. This is not abstract ethics or technical mystification, but a practical guide for boards on how to govern decisions, accountability, culture, risk, and trust in the age of AI. Her central insight is right: boards do not govern algorithms; they govern the conditions under which AI is adopted, challenged, escalated, and used responsibly. Essential reading for directors who want to support innovation without abandoning judgement, purpose, or human accountability.’Russell Yardley, Non-Executive Director and Chairman‘The need to triangulate Governance, Culture and AI is becoming increasingly apparent. That task is not easy in an environment where AI is evolving in real time. Dr Inbar’s insights inform and assist the efforts of leaders to address this need in a way which helps us all learn our way through these rapidly developing areas.’Mark Rigotti, Managing Director and CEO, Australian Institute of Company Directors‘From where I sit—providing the compute that powers AI at scale—Inbar’s framing is sharp and overdue. Governance cannot wait for technical certainty. Boards must shape decisions before they harden into systems. A practical, values-led guide.’James Manning, CEO & Founder, Sharon AI (NASDAQ: SHAZ)‘Dr Inbar has done something rare: she has given boards a framework that is both intellectually rigorous and immediately actionable. The Inside-Out model reframes responsible AI not as a compliance obligation delegated to the technology team, but as a leadership and culture imperative owned at the highest level. In my experience, the gap between stated values and lived practice is precisely where AI risk lives—and this book names that gap with uncommon precision. Every director asking “what is our AI governance posture?” should read this before their next board meeting.’Cheryl Hayman, FAICD FGIA, Non-Executive Director, RemCo Chair‘AI is not just a technology issue, it is a leadership issue. Zivit’s work is incredibly timely and relevant, moving beyond the hype and providing powerful real-world examples to ensure that leaders have useful tools to navigate the complex ethical concerns AI creates for organizations.’Dr Andrea North-Samardzic, Associate Professor Melbourne Business School, Australia‘Most AI ethics is theatre. Committees, principles, glossy frameworks, all of it is useless the moment growth and safety collide. Inbar’s book says so plainly and then shows boards what actually decides the outcome. Culture. Read it before your next scandal or failure.’Klaus Bartosch, CEO, Founder & Managing Partner, Dreamoro Group‘Most AI books speak to technologists; this one speaks to leaders. Inbar connects governance, culture, and decision-making with rare clarity, making responsible AI feel less like risk management and more like sound strategy.’Ian Oppermann, former NSW Chief Data Scientist (2015–2023)‘Dr Inbar demonstrates that traditional rules of governance are inappropriate for AI. Her ideas about the need for the early establishment of guardrails and the importance of embedding the organisation’s values in day-to-day decision making should become the norm for all boards.’Bruce Cowley, Non-Executive Director‘This book offers a clear, compelling blueprint for embedding responsible AI from the inside out, showing how ethics, technical rigour, governance, and leadership must work together to build trust, to prevent harm, and to shape sustainable, human‑centred innovation.’Dr Allan Wain, Senior Research Associate, Harvard Law School, USA
