Rajendra Ramlogan is Professor of Commercial and Environmental Law at the University of the West Indies. He holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge and an LLM from New York University, with undergraduate degrees in Law and English Literature from the University of the West Indies. He has advised governments, drafted key environmental legislation, and worked extensively in the petroleum sector. He is the author of multiple books and peer-reviewed articles, and has delivered distinguished lectures across the Caribbean and internationally.Natalie Persadie is Associate Professor at the University of Trinidad and Tobago. She holds a PhD in International Studies from the University of Birmingham, UK. She has published books, articles, and chapters on a variety of topics as they relate to law and policy, notably in the areas of international relations, environment, gender, human rights, EDI, and business.
