He is the author of Olympic Victor Lists and Ancient Greek History (Cambridge University Press, 2007) and the co-editor (with Donald Kyle) of the Wiley-Blackwell Companion to Sport and Spectacle in Greek and Roman Antiquity (forthcoming).
