Paul G. Harris is a political scientist and the Chair Professor of Global and Environmental Studies at the Education University of Hong Kong. He is author or editor of many books on global environmental politics, policy, and ethics, including Global Ethics and Climate Change, Second Edition (2016, Edinburgh University Press), the Routledge Handbook of Global Environmental Politics (2016, Routledge), and What's Wrong with Climate Politics and How to Fix It (2013, Polity).
