He has lectured in many CRM and marketing conferences and seminars, including the Paris Loyalty Forum, Czech Republic Loyalty Management, ACNielsen Category Management, Spectra Marketing and Intelligent Targeting, Teradata NCR Partners, and others in the United States; Coolum, Australia; and Vienna, Austria.
