Sara Hsu is Assistant Professor of Economics at the State University of New York at New Paltz, USA. Hsu specializes in Chinese economic development, informal finance, and shadow banking. Perry earned his PhD from the University of Utah and his BA from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. Perry specializes in money and banking and inflation issues (the Great Moderation), economic history (the Great Depression), and institutions in economic development.
