CHRISTOPHER L. CHEN, PhD, is the Assistant Director of the Los Angeles Center of Excellence for Labor Market Research. Dr. Chen leads multiple teams of advanced researchers in conducting workforce intelligence for Los Angeles County and the California Community College System. His work guides economic and workforce development in the region.
