Green is senior vice president for Asia and Japan Chair at Center for Strategic and International Studies and chair in modern and contemporary Japanese politics and foreign policy at Georgetown University.Zack Cooper is a fellow with the Asia team at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Dr. Cooper previously served in the Pentagon and White House, and received his PhD in security studies from Princeton University.
