Day Hikes in the Pacific Northwest

Don Scarmuzzi is the author of several hiking guidebooks, including Telluride Trails and Day Hikes in the Columbia River Gorge. An avid hiker and passionate photographer, he has lived and hiked in the Pacific Northwest for several years now, and is currently living in Portland, Oregon.

"'The guidebook covers from the South Cascades in Washington through Oregon, including the North Coastal Range, all the way to the Wallows in the northeast part of the state,' says Scarmuzzi, 'encompassing Mount Adams Mount Hood, Mount Jefferson, and Three Sisters.'
