Tracey Lawrence is the Acting Headteacher at Danemill Primary School where she leads the Behaviour module for the Inspiring Leaders SCITT programme ~ inspiring new teachers to put the sensitive & effective management of behaviour at the core of their teaching. Out of school, she volunteers with a group for adults with Special Educational Needs, providing opportunities for them to develop their organisational, social & creative skills as well as fundraising to keep the group running.

This book whilst focused on the school sector has some excellent examples of ways to mange behaviour. I especially like the A to Z index of behaviours and the advice given to support managing these behaviours. I will be putting this on the reading list to accompany other texts that support classroom management
