Beskrivning
The fourth and final volume of the graphic adaptation of Yuval Noah Harari’s global phenomenon Sapiens, The Age of Revolutions journeys from the Scientific and Industrial Revolutions to the dawn of AI, exploring how curiosity reshaped the world. Discover why the Roman Empire had the best army but no technological edge, how banks create money out of thin air, how clocks came to rule our lives, and why modernity hasn’t made us any happier. In this thrilling conclusion to the bestselling graphic adaptation of Sapiens, humanity faces its greatest challenge yet: how do we control AI? Will we become trapped inside the dreams of smart machines? Praise for Yuval Noah Harari's Sapiens: 'I would recommend Sapiens to anyone who's interested in the history and future of our species' Bill Gates 'Interesting and provocative . . . It gives you a sense of how briefly we've been on this Earth' Barack Obama 'Jaw-dropping from the first word to the last . . . It may be the best book I've ever read' Chris Evans
