Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids (PUFAs)

This book presents an overview of polyunsaturated fatty acids (pufas): food sources, health effects and significance in biochemistry. The topics analyzed cover a broad spectrum of polyunsaturated fatty acids and present new information in this area of research.
