He is the series editor for Civic Dicourse for the Third Millennium published by Ablex.K. S. SITARAM is Professor of Radio-Television at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He was the founding chair of the Intercultural and Development Communication Division of the International Communication Association. He is co-editor of Civic Discourse: Multiculturalism, Cultural Diversity, and Global Communication from Ablex.
