RF MEMS Circuit Design for Wireless Communications

MEMS (microelectromechanical systems) for RF (radio frequency) / wireless applications is the technological engine enabling the use of even smaller, more sophisticated wireless products than before. This book addresses the design of RF MEMS-based circuits for use in high-performance wireless systems.
