As a certified coach I found this book very good. The approach works very well in my other roles as advisor, sales and transformation consultants. Working with culture coaching MI is one of the best ways of communicating to empower new atomic habits that reinforce each other across the organisation.
I recommend this reading in combo with other readings on how we prefer to think as individuals and how the brain is wired.
