   Denna serieroman är helt fantastisk rakt igenom. Den handlar om den unga Ukrainska flickan Katushas uppväxt och liv innan, under och efter andra världskriget. Den skildrar allt från kärlek till dom otäckaste grymheter som skedde under kriget. Hon dras med i kriget och blir en rysk pansarvagnsförare med stor framgång. Samtidigt som berättelsen är spännande så är den även lärorik och väldigt detaljerade tecknade bilder. Ett mästerverk man under inga omständigheter får missa.
